George Antonopoulos is a Managing Partner and Portfolio Manager at Hudson Bay Capital, where he focuses on evaluating, structuring, trading, negotiating, and executing direct investments. He invests across equities, fixed income securities, convertible securities, corporate debt instruments, warrants, and other structured products. He has also contributed to developing investment strategies in appraisal rights and other M&A transactions, SPACs, and special situations.
Prior to joining Hudson Bay in 2006, Mr. Antonopoulos worked at Heights Capital Management, an affiliate of Susquehanna International Group, investing in small- and mid-cap companies across the capital structure through convertibles, equity, preferred stock, warrants, and options. He actively traded, assisted in managing risk, and modeled complex features and embedded optionality within the group’s investments. Prior to Susquehanna, he was a Senior Trader at The Vanguard Group.
Mr. Antonopoulos received a BS in Business Administration, majoring in Finance with a concentration in Economics, from the Haub School of Business at Saint Joseph’s University.
